6006-0008-1006 6006 Series Hyper Coupler (8mm Round Bore to 6mm D-Bore) Crank up the speed because Hyper Couplers are completely balanced!  The dual pinch bolts on each end provide excellent clamping force on the shafts inserted.  The clamping mechanisms are independent of one-another so you no longer need to have both shafts inserted into the coupler before tightening one end down. This Hyper Coupler has an 8mm round bore on one end and a 6mm D-bore on the other.  While it has many uses, one common one is to join the 6mm D-shaft of a motor to an 8mm lead screw.  Given the length of the coupler, there's a considerable amount of surface contact between the outer profile of the 8mm lead screw and the internal bore of the coupler to create a solid connection.                                                                                                                                                                 Weight 36g

6007-1006-4008 6007 Series Hyper Coupler (6mm D-Bore to 8mm REX Bore) Crank up the speed because Hyper Couplers are completely balanced!  The dual pinch bolts on each end provide excellent clamping force on the shafts inserted.  The clamping mechanisms are independent of one-another so you no longer need to have both shafts inserted into the coupler before tightening one end down.This 6mm D-Bore to 8mm REX bore Hyper Coupler is a strong, compact, balanced way to couple two shafts together.  Maybe you have motors with 6mm d-shafting but you want to step up your game and run 8mm REX to handle higher torque loads.  Maybe you're going the other way due to a surplus of 6mm D-bore pinion gears, hubs, sprockets, etc.  The diameter of the coupler has been thoughtfully chosen so that, when installed, you can still access screws on the 16mm pattern with the use of a hex key.  The length is such that, when a motor with a 24mm length shaft is installed perpendicular to 3120 Series U-Channel, the coupler can slide in between the end of the shaft, and the inside wall of the U-Channel.  And as with all 'Hyper' parts, this too is balanced so you can spin it up without concern of creating unwanted vibrations through your drivetrain.                                                                                                                Weight 17g

This 8mm REX to 12mm REX coupler is a compact, balanced way to fasten an 8mm REX shaft to a 12mm REX shaft.  The 21mm overall length allows you to slide the coupler down inside of 1120 Series Channel even when one of the two shafts is inserted half-way through the inside cavity.  The bores of the coupler are profile-matched to create a positive drive.  That, in combination with four pinch bolts, provides an extremely solid connection that is able to hold loads in both the radial and axial directions with ease.                                                                           Weight 24g
